RHO opens 1NT, and both VUL, needing one or two good cards with partner, and having a shape that screams to play in my long suit, I make the adventurous bid of FOUR SPADES.
This is doubled on my left.
As the play goes, there is not much. Entry being the DK, one finesse of the SJ fetches the SA from LHO, and when diamonds broke, that's all she wrote.
